SEPTEMBER 2010

Enterprise Integration Prepares for Service Delivery 2.0
By Michael E. Locher

Mike Locher, CEO2010 has been another exciting year of growth for EI and as always we have YOU, our customers, to thank. Our unwavering commitment to deliver the promise of IT, coupled with the rapid pace of change in the IT industry and our customers' business complexities have challenged us to identify new ways to improve all aspects of the customer experience.  My vision is for EI to be known as the best service delivery model in the industry and we'll get there through continued investment in and improvement and development of our three core assets: People, Process and Technology.  I am excited to share some initial changes that will launch EI into the next evolution of growth at Warp Speed.  As always please feel free to contact me at mlocher@entint.com.

Tracey Brown, CTOTracey Brown has moved back into the role of Chief Technology Officer.  The new Office of the CTO will offer our clients advanced technological solutions, high level consulting and strategic planning, ensuring that EI, and therefore our customers, are on the cutting edge of IT. If you have an interest in touring the cutting-edge lab where he and his team are validating new technologies, please e-mail him at tbrown@entint.com.

To this end, we have invested in the new position of VP of Service Delivery.Eric Tewey has been on board for the last 30 days overseeing all of Service Desk and Operations. He will also be launching a PMO which will allow us to standardize EI's project methodology and framework across all clients.  Eric has a solid track record of delivering an excellent customer experience and we are  confident that you will quickly feel the impact of Eric's leadership.  Feel free to introduce yourself to Eric: etwewy@entint.com

Kevin Batchelor CIOKevin Batchelor remains in the role of CIO.  Kevin and his team are hard at work continuing to push the envelope on automation and business intelligence.  Stay tuned for the next upgrade to Q coming shortly.  The other major development coming in 2011 is Next Generation Service Delivery (NGSD).  Look for more info in next month's newsletter. Mike Israel, VP Client RelationshipsMike Israel has been promoted to VP of Client Relationships, another new role for EI designed to ensure that our Client Engagement Directors (CEDs) have an effective framework to lead, direct and influence the client experience every day. Our CEDs are the quarterbacks within each account, always keeping the client's best interest in mind when working internally with our delivery arms such as Operations, Service Desk, PMO or Procurement.  Have comments or suggestions? Please connect with Mike at misrael@entint.com.

Terry Tuten, CFOTerry Tuten, our CFO, continues to be the voice of reason when it comes to all things finance: structuring deals, pricing and pacing EI's internal investments with the associated revenue growth.  This discipline is essential to ensure EI is well positioned to scale in size as we drive toward $50M in revenue.  As we enter planning for 2011 we are excited about the amount of investment we will be making back into the business.  Feel free to contact Terry at ttuten@entint.com

EI hits new Milestone!

Growth in this economic climate is a huge accomplishment for any company. This month, EI hit a very important milestone, having hired our 200th employee.  Our continued success would not be possible without you, our wonderful customers. Thank you for your loyalty and support!

At EI we preach Raving Fan Service and deliver it by having a team made up of the best and brightest people this industry has to offer. Our talented team holds over 600 technical certifications.  We also believe in investing in the training and development of those employees that we rely on to provide incredible service to our clients. We place a huge emphasis on training - providing weekly sessions in-house and encouraging employees to attend courses offered externally through our partners and local educational institutions. We have incentive programs based around training accomplishments. And to take things one step further, we are pleased to announce that in 2011, we will officially launch EI University (EIU).

EIU has been a lifelong dream of our CEO, Mike Locher, who continues to preach EI's mission of delivering the promise of IT. With that mantra the vision is clear that learning and development will take center stage in 2011.  EIU will be our most significant training and development initiative to date.  The plans are big and bold and the outcomes will pay tremendous dividends.  Stay tuned for more details and thank you again for your support.
